About the Role

We are looking for a talented Global Meetings Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning and executing international customer meetings, conferences, and events.

Your primary objective will be to provide strategic support to the sales team, ensuring seamless event execution, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. To achieve this, you will need to develop and maintain relationships with local and regional meeting planning companies, identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.

A bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field are necessary qualifications. Your expertise in project management, budgeting, and vendor management will be crucial in driving the success of these events.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and logistics, to ensure alignment and consistency across all aspects of event planning. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills will be vital in your success in this role.
