Congress Project Manager

The Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe aims to improve patient care through educational initiatives and collaborative projects in cardiovascular and interventional radiology. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Congress and Event Management Department.
This role involves coordinating various activities, including large-scale educational events, exclusive meetings, and supporting department heads with other projects. The successful candidate will have strong organisational and analytical skills, with experience in hospitality or customer service an advantage.
Responsibilities:- Project coordination and execution.
- Communication with meeting participants and stakeholders.
- Administrative tasks, including data entry, correspondence, and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
