Job Summary


CIRSE Congress Research Education GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Congress & Travel Team Member. In this position, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning and execution of our congresses and events, ensuring their success and contributing to the advancement of our mission.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the planning and coordination of congresses and events, including venue selection, logistics, and catering
* Provide exceptional customer service to attendees, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement event strategies, ensuring alignment with CIRSE's mission and goals
* Manage event registrations, payments, and other administrative tasks accurately and efficiently

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, attendees, and vendors
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
