About The Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe is a non-profit making association aiming to improve patient care through education, science, research, and clinical practice in cardiovascular and interventional radiology. Our mission is to provide education and training to support research, enhance patient care, and constantly improve the medical discipline.

We are seeking a team member to join our Congress and Event Management Department with responsibilities including project organisation, coordination, and execution of congresses, courses, and meetings. This role requires communication skills, hands-on mentality, and eagerness to learn about event management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with project planning and execution, including coordination and support for stakeholders.
  • Organising flight and hotel bookings, handling Visa applications, booking transfers, and shuttle services.
  • Correspondence with meeting participants and assisting with on-site event delivery and execution.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
  • Motivation and enthusiasm to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent written and spoken English (C1 level) and German (minimum B2 level).
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and customer focus, accuracy, stress resistance.
