Your Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator, you will support the Project Management team by planning and coordinating daily operations for one or more projects:
- Modernization of existing energy production facilities (e.g., upgrading waste incineration plants based on circular economy principles)
- Development of new alternative energy generation facilities (e.g., biomass, wind farms, geothermal plants)
- Hydrogen production or application (e.g., establishing hydrogen production facilities)
- Combined generation plants for heating, cooling, and electricity (e.g., construction or modernization of plants for combined generation using natural gas and renewable energy sources)
- Waste generation and management (e.g., building recycling plants, sewage sludge treatment facilities, and phosphorus recovery systems)
Your Duties Will Include:
- Providing administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and coordinating project communications
- Assisting in the collection, organization, and maintenance of project data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for analysis and reporting
- Facilitating communication with project stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination, and acting as a liaison between internal teams and external partners
- Supporting project coordination activities, such as tracking timelines, monitoring progress, and helping resolve potential issues to ensure successful project execution
- Conducting research on sustainable energy technologies, market trends, and regulatory developments, providing valuable insights to enhance project decision-making
Your Team:
You will be part of a team that promotes a Scandinavian-inspired working culture within a new Austrian joint venture, characterized by high flexibility and an informal, dynamic work environment.
About You:
For this role, the following qualifications and experience are advantageous:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, environmental science, or project management, providing a solid foundation for understanding sustainable energy systems.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and ensure efficient project-related activities.
- Excellent English language proficiency; German language skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software for data management, scheduling, and communication.
- A genuine interest in sustainable energy systems and a commitment to contributing to projects that promote environmental responsibility and renewable energy solutions.
- A deep passion for driving positive environmental impact through innovative and sustainable energy solutions.

Compensation: The salary for this position starts at €61,040, with potential for negotiation based on qualifications and experience.
