Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
    • Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure efficient execution of CEO-led initiatives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects, and allocate resources accordingly.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Strategic Advisory:
    • Provide strategic guidance to the CEO on key business decisions, including market analysis, competitor research, and industry trends.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, investors, and industry partners.
    • Support the CEO in preparing for high-level meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, handling all correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's goals, objectives, and key performance indicators.
    • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement communication strategies to engage employees, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Develop and maintain a dashboard of key performance indicators to track progress against organizational goals.
    • Provide regular reporting to the CEO on project status, progress, and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a high-tech industry.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
