Quality Control and Compliance Scientist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a committed Quality Control Scientist to enhance our analytical lifecycle methods team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate and transfer testing methodologies while ensuring they remain compliant and validated.
- Draft laboratory investigation reports and engage in root cause analysis.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and manage specific tasks within change controls.
- Act as a subject matter expert for assigned testing methods.
- Work autonomously, utilizing data-driven decision-making and demonstrating a strong affinity for IT.
- Familiarity with industrial standards and pharmacopoeia is essential.
- Drive projects aimed at continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- A background in technical or natural sciences (biotechnology, biochemistry, chemistry, or related fields).
- Demonstrated resilience, organization, and independence.
- Experience in Good Practices (GxP) is required.
- A robust foundation in analytical chemistry.
- Proficiency in both German and English for effective communication in international settings.
