Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary beyond collective agreement, as well as various benefits such as a 1 week language trip per year, 1 FAM Trip per year to our international language schools, and additional projects for personal development. Furthermore, you will receive additional benefits like an annual ticket for public transport Vienna (from 6 months with EF) and free coffee/tea and sweets. You will also have the opportunity to work 1 Home Office day per week (from 6 months with EF).
Job DescriptionThis role involves team management (4 direct reports) where you will motivate the sales team, establish individual and team goals and objectives, identify staffing needs, and recruit the right team members. Additionally, you will be responsible for marketing, sales, and customer service including developing and executing marketing and sales activities, growing the sales in the Austrian market, being flexible in the ever-changing environment, building up new connections and maintaining existing relations with schools and universities, and ensuring a great quality of customer experience.
Required Skills and QualificationsYou should have a university degree, some years of work experience, team leadership ability, a highly energetic and ambitious self-starter attitude, entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of ownership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, people-oriented focus, and fluency in written and spoken English. This role is perfect for someone who owns their ideas and runs with them, finds creative ways around obstacles, loves what they do, and wants to collaborate with the best and brightest.
