Job Overview

Red Bull is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Director to lead cross-functional projects within our IT department. This role requires strong security skills, project management expertise, and the ability to optimize process execution for efficiency.

This position offers a unique opportunity to shape application security within our integrated technology landscape while contributing to our cross-functional team as a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, coordination, and project management skills to support the design, build, and rollout of services and platforms for the Business Application department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional (security) projects from initial requirements gathering through to delivery and support in accordance with Red Bull's IT project management standards.
  • Develop targeted project plans and schedules to determine project progress and monitor these at regular intervals.
  • Provide technical know-how and support to teams and cooperate with application teams in the implementation and control of projects.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity of the project.

The successful candidate will also work with various IT departments to ensure seamless integration and communication throughout the project lifecycle and moderate regular project meetings to provide up-to-date information for the management and all stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within an IT environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Experience in process development and improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Profound knowledge on software security.
  • Sophisticated communication skills in English for conveying complex information clearly and effectively, German is beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of approximately EUR 2,229 gross per month, based on market-oriented salaries. Our attractive compensation package includes benefits that support your professional and personal growth.
