Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our IT Division. This role will be responsible for leading our recruitment team and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all IT positions above Senior Manager level.
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent in the IT industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with our HR team to develop and implement training programs for recruitment staff and hiring managers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 7-10 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role, preferably within Magna or a similar organization.
- Proven track record of delivering results-driven recruitment strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
At Magna, we offer a competitive annual remuneration package of at least EUR 75,000, depending on your skills and experience. You will also have access to attractive benefits, including discretionary performance bonuses and a salary in line with market conditions.
