Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Native Security Researcher to join our team in Austria. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for conducting independent research in the field of Cloud Native Security.

Responsibilities
  • Identify new research topics and develop prototypes in one or more fields related to Cloud Native Security
  • Define use cases and demos to connect novel research ideas with product components
  • Bridge academic research and commercial technology development by collaborating with our application security team and other internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • PhD in Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience and/or expertise in at least one of the relevant research topics (e.g., Threat and attack detection, Vulnerability and risk analysis, Security Posture Management)
  • Strong publication record and excellent communication skills when presenting and discussing research results with stakeholders
