We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Nordic markets, including Finland, Sweden, Norway, and the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and increase market share
- Take ownership of the entire sales process for your sales region, from lead generation to contract closure
- Attain commercial goals by strengthening existing distribution channels and actively pursuing new business and sales opportunities
- Forecast and create commercial budgets, including revenue and expenses
- Track sales performance using your expertise, feedback, and close collaboration with key accounts
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external partners
- Collaborate with colleagues within Black Diamond and Pieps to drive business growth
- Represent the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, and events (approximately 20% travel readiness)
- You are able to analyze information from various sources and deliver entrepreneurial decisions in favor of the business
- You have an eye for details and enjoy creating and extracting data in/from various tools (e.g., MS Office, ERP)
- Several years of experience in the sales field
- Fluent in written and spoken English, any Scandinavian language or German is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Independent and results-oriented work approach
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
