Internship Opportunity in Retail Transformation

Erste Group Bank AG is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join its Retail Transformation department as an intern. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of a future-oriented retail business model, focusing on innovation, digitization, and client experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support strategic analysis of Erste Group's Retail Business in Austria and CEE countries
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the group-wide retail business model
  • Deep-dive into strategic topics, such as digitalization and growth opportunities, to establish a solid foundation for ongoing development
  • Prepare and design storylines and presentations for board-level meetings, internal/external events, and conferences

Your Background

  • Ongoing studies in Business Administration at a University or University of Applied Sciences
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, intercultural environment
  • Proactive approach to improving organizational effectiveness and performance
  • Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for learning
  • Proficiency in Office 365, particularly MS-Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more CEE languages

  • Exciting and challenging part-time internship (19.25 hours/week) from January 2025 to December 2025
