Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Director to join our team at Link Worldwide. As a Senior Account Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing our most strategic client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions to drive growth and revenue.
  2. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new clients and expand existing relationships.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of account managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  4. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue.
  5. Performance Management: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team and individual performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  6. Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or a related field.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong business acumen, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
