We are seeking a seasoned Data Strategy Developer to join our Global Data Team in Salzburg, Austria. In this strategic role, you will play a key part in optimizing our supply chain processes and systems landscape.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing process improvements in the field of new product introduction, leveraging your expertise in SAP IBP. You will work closely with senior line managers to translate business requirements into functional concepts for technical implementation.

This is a highly visible strategic position that requires strong analytical skills, solution-oriented thinking, and excellent communication abilities. As a key player in driving digital transformation, you will manage and track projects independently, ensuring a holistic end-to-end view and aligning business needs with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concept development and documentation: Collect, derive, and challenge business requirements, providing an objective and holistic perspective to secure end-to-end integration.
  • Project management: Manage and drive projects independently, defining work packages, scheduling realistic project timelines, and tracking progress.
  • Workshops & meetings: Prepare and host project meetings and workshops to efficiently develop system solution designs.
  • Stakeholder & resource management: Keep all required stakeholders informed about project status and have an overview of required and available resources.

As a Data Strategy Developer, you will be responsible for testing implemented solutions to ensure high quality and functional integration. After successful testing, you will introduce and hand over new processes to the data quality team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in supply chain planning and proficiency in SAP IBP.
  • Bachelor or master's degree in business administration, supply chain, or operations management, or similar.
  • Depth knowledge of SAP IBP and proven expertise in developing and implementing process improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
