Global Data Team Role

As part of the global data team, you will be responsible for managing projects to develop and realize new system solutions, capabilities, features, and process improvements to our global system and data landscape, focusing on master data.

You will translate business and process requirements into functional concepts as a basis for technical implementation to ensure a resilient and future-proof system integration.

In this strategic role, you will manage and track projects independently, ensure a holistic end-to-end integration, highlight cross-functional dependencies, and align business needs and target states with multiple stakeholders.

Stakeholder and expectation management with clear communication are crucial parts of your job.

By driving digital transformation, you will act as a key player in optimizing our data and process landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will collect and document business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders.
  • You will support and manage workstreams and projects involving a wide portfolio of stakeholders.
  • You will prepare and host project meetings and workshops to work efficiently on new process and system solution designs.
  • You will test implemented solutions to ensure high quality and functional integration of all technical developments.
  • You will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, supply chain, or operations management, or a similar field.
  • You will have key user knowledge of SAP MM & SAP MDG-M systems and business processes and data structures.
  • You will have proven expertise in developing and implementing process improvements in operations.
  • You will have highly experienced in collecting and documenting business requirements to system integration concepts.
  • You will have verifiable experience as a project team member or workstream lead.
  • You will have system affinity, conceptual strength, and a holistic view.
  • You will have strong analytical skills, solution-oriented, structured, assertiveness, communicative, and collaborative, able to work under pressure and self-dependently.
  • You will have strong communication and presentation skills.
  • You will have end-to-end operations know-how, preferably in an FMCG environment.
  • You will have an advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite and handling of project management tools.
  • Travel 0-10%.
