Unlock Your Potential as a RGM Data Developer

At Red Bull, we're seeking a talented RGM Data Developer to join our team. As a key member of our Revenue Growth Management team, you'll be responsible for defining data and process requirements, developing and improving our Revenue Growth Management system, and ensuring its governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify areas of improvement and define business requirements for the enhancement of our Revenue Growth Management Systems, focusing on reporting capabilities and user experience.
  • Lead the implementation of our Revenue Growth Management tools in Red Bull subsidiaries worldwide, providing training, communication, and post-implementation support to users.
  • Partner with subsidiaries to establish and fully exploit the potential of our Revenue Growth Management tools, focusing on business processes.
  • Act as a global contact point for the Revenue Growth Management tool, helping local Key Users around the world with process or system-related issues and questions.
  • Support the training agenda by designing innovative training materials and documentation to interact with users in the best way.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant Finance/Controlling/Project Management experience.
  • University degree in Business Administration or Finance.
  • Fluent English, German is a plus.
  • IT literate and tech-savvy, familiarity with ERP systems or integrated business analysis tools is a plus.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry and/or with a focus on sales controlling is an advantage.
  • Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks, and find solutions.
  • Experience in project management and the creation of reporting solutions is a plus.
  • Result-oriented team player with strong communication & presentation skills.
