Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Director to join our team at Link Worldwide. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients, overseeing all activities related to sourcing, management, and reporting of all categories identified within the scope of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Ensure all transactions are managed to the highest standards, ensuring all work by the team is managed, controlled, checked, and delivered successfully.
  • Commercial Performance: Own the commercial performance of the account and ensure that forecasting and financial reporting is submitted accurately and on time.
  • Customer Service: Ensure customer service is a priority. Identify and resolve all issues relating to customers within standard guidelines.
  • Presentations and Communication: Provide professional presentations to customers and maintain open communication channels.
  • Product Development: Based on customer briefs, initiate all product development and source new concepts in collaboration with the Operations team.
  • Supplier Management: Maintain and update the database of local suppliers and manage the relationships.
  • Negotiation and Liaison: Liaise with suppliers and demonstrate strong negotiation skills.
  • Team Management: Oversee the team to ensure they process all orders and invoices in a timely fashion.
  • Quotations and Samples: Work with the team to produce accurate customer quotations and ensure quality samples and artwork for proposals.
  • SLAs and KPIs: Manage SLAs and KPIs set and ensure that there is regular communication regarding order status to all departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Industry Events: Participate in industry trade shows to develop and maintain business relationships, improve product knowledge, and identify opportunities to increase volumes – where applicable.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with LINK colleagues to ensure all opportunities are shared where applicable to drive opportunities and revenue in all markets.
Requirements
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the promotional goods industry.
  • Client-Specific Knowledge: Experience working with drinks-related companies – preferably on a single source contract basis.
  • Teamwork and Communication: A strong team attitude, excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: First-class, effective organizational skills.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to managing projects, experience of managing and working as part of a team.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a cool outlook.
  • Professionalism: A personable and professional character that will allow you to build client rapport.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving ability.
  • Passion and Enthusiasm: Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering exceptional results.
