Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing actionable insights to inform our business strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth data analyses to identify key trends and insights, utilizing statistical models and data visualization tools.
- Collaborate with learning, marketing, product, and engineering teams to develop data-driven solutions and optimize business processes.
- Present complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner, ensuring effective communication with non-technical stakeholders.
- Design and implement data infrastructure, including data warehouses and visualization tools, to support business intelligence and data science initiatives.
- Develop automated reporting and dashboard solutions using tools like Mixpanel or Looker Studio.
- Establish and maintain ETL pipelines in coordination with internal stakeholders and external data providers.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in business analytics, preferably in an app or tech start-up company.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, as well as data visualization tools and cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Experience with statistical models, such as multiple regression, time series analysis, and decision tree models.
- Strong problem-solving skills, enthusiasm for new technologies, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex data insights to business stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of German being a plus.
- Contribute to building a successful brand with a clear social impact, working alongside an international team of Deaf, hard of hearing, and hearing employees.
- Flexible working hours and a choice of working from home or our office.
- Up to 10% of weekly working time for personal and professional development, plus a learning and development budget.
- Free access to Austrian Sign Language classes and financial support for an (e-)bike or public transport.
We offer a competitive minimum salary, starting at EUR 50,000 (gross, full-time equivalent), with the possibility of overpayment based on experience and qualifications.
