About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Engineer to join our team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving technical decisions and delivering high-quality solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical domain leadership, delivery, and execution of product features
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless customer experience
  • Work closely with Product Management to develop and implement the product roadmap
  • Drive technical decisions and ensure end-to-end delivery of high-quality solutions
  • Identify and mitigate engineering bottlenecks to maintain delivery and execution of new features
Requirements
  • Deep experience in software development as a Senior or Principal Software Engineer, Product Owner, or Department Lead in an agile IT/Software environment
  • Several years of technical leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders and teams
  • Strong team player with coaching and mentoring skills

Compensation and Rewards
  • Attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options
  • Minimum salary of €65,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week)
