Assistant - Office Management and Accounting Expert

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to support our team in office management and accounting tasks. As an Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing important documents, managing appointments, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and briefing materials
- Manage appointments, meetings, and events
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person
- Process administrative inquiries and requests from management and team members
- Manage office supplies and maintain a well-organized workspace
- Support with business trip organization and expense reporting
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees
- Perform accounting, budgeting, and billing tasks for e1 Business Solutions GmbH
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with a completed training or apprenticeship in the commercial sector, practical experience in accounting, and at least 3 years of professional experience as an assistant. You should be proficient in MS Office tools and SAP, have excellent time management and organizational skills, and be a team player with excellent communication skills.
