Salary

Job Description

This role involves shaping the vision for our SRE initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business goals. You will set and track reliability goals by establishing Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) to measure and improve system reliability. Additionally, you will collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, lead the SRE roadmap, coordinate internal usage of the Dynatrace product, and offer clear visibility into system reliability to customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a clear strategy for our SRE initiatives
  • Set and track reliability goals using SLOs and SLIs
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Lead the SRE roadmap and drive its execution
  • Coordinate internal usage of the Dynatrace product and provide feedback for continuous improvement
  • Offer clear visibility into system reliability to customers and internal stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications

You should have 5+ years of hands-on SRE experience in a SaaS environment, including automation and tooling, capacity management, alert handling, incident response, on-call, post-mortem analysis, etc. Additionally, you should have 3+ years of experience leading an SRE team or a product owner/product management experience in an agile software product environment. You should be passionate about pushing the limits to operate a vast SaaS solution reliable and performant at scale, and have a strong interest and understanding of technical topics such as software intelligence, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, application security, SaaS software, and more.
