Salary
The salary for this position will be based on the FH Campus Wien salary system, taking into account previous relevant professional experience. The minimum salary for full-time employment (39 hours per week) is EUR 3,905 gross per month. Additionally, bonuses may be awarded for successfully acquired third-party funds and management of research projects.
Job Description
As Senior Researcher – Center for Applied Nursing Research, you will be responsible for initiating and developing international and national research funding applications. You will also lead, coordinate, and actively participate in ongoing research projects, as well as network and initiate corporate collaborations. Furthermore, you will write scientific publications for peer-reviewed journals and plan and initiate third-mission activities. Teaching duties amount to around 4 hours per week.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have completed higher education, preferably in Nursing Science, Health Science, or Public Health. You should also have at least 3 years of professional experience in health and nursing care, as well as extensive experience in securing third-party funding and managing externally funded research projects. Proven multiple first and co-authorships in peer-reviewed scientific journals are also required. Excellent English language skills and German language skills (C1 level) are essential.
