We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as a Senior Researcher at the Center for Applied Nursing Research. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality research aimed at promoting and ensuring the quality of health and nursing care.
About the Role- Develop and lead international and national research funding applications, leveraging strategic partnerships with key institutions in the nursing and healthcare sector.
- Lead, coordinate, and actively participate in ongoing research projects, fostering collaboration and driving innovation.
- Nurture corporate collaborations and conduct contract research, capitalizing on opportunities for growth and knowledge exchange.
- Publish scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals, showcasing expertise and advancing the field.
- Plan and initiate third-mission activities, contributing to the university's reputation and impact.
- Support the research center's management in external representation and internal reporting, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Teaching duties will be approximately 4 hours per week, providing opportunities for academic development and mentorship.
- PhD in Nursing Science, Health Science, or Public Health is preferred; however, relevant experience and education will be considered.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in health and nursing care, coupled with extensive training and expertise.
- Demonstrated track record of securing third-party funding and developing successful research proposals, as well as managing and coordinating externally funded research projects.
- Proven authorships in peer-reviewed scientific journals, showcasing exceptional writing and research skills.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills, with a strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English, with German language skills at C1 level.
