In Ihrer Position als Team Lead Software Development sind Ihre Aufgaben vielfältig, wegweisend sowie herausfordernd:

  • Leitung und Weiterentwicklung eines Sub-Teams: Sie führen ein Softwareentwicklungsteam, fördern deren berufliche Weiterentwicklung und sorgen für ein inspirierendes Arbeitsumfeld.
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an Projekten: Sie sind nicht Manager, sondern auch Macher. Ihre Expertise fließt in die Konzeption, das Design und die Entwicklung von Web- und Backendservices ein.
  • Lösungs- und Produktdesign: Sie bringen innovative Ideen ins Produkt ein, erarbeiten mit dem Team und den Stakeholdern kreative Lösungen, setzen diese rasch um und gestalten die Zukunft eines neuen Produkts.
  • Agile Prozesse: Sie sind ein agiler Enthusiast und gestalten die agilen Prozesse innerhalb und um das Team aktiv mit.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagern: Sie arbeiten eng mit den Produktmanagern zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass Projekte reibungslos ablaufen und alle Anforderungen erfüllt werden.

  • Sie haben über Jahre hinweg tiefgreifende Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung mit C#.NET gesammelt und haben bewiesen, dass Sie ein Team nicht nur führen, sondern auch inspirieren können – idealerweise in einem Start- oder Scale-Up-Umfeld.
  • Sie wissen, wie man große Datenmengen effizient handhabt und haben eine kunden- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Mit Ihrer Hands-On-Mentalität scheuen Sie sich nicht davor, selbst anzupacken und zeigen, dass hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hohe Selbstmotivation zu Ihren Stärken zählen.
  • Mit Technologien wie Elasticsearch, Umbraco und RabbitMQ hatten Sie im besten Fall bereits Berührungspunkte.
  • Ein Interesse und Verständnis für den Finanzmarkt sind ein großer Bonus.
  • Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch fließend.
