About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Team Lead for Software Development to lead our software development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical leadership of the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions, and driving the team's technical strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of software developers and engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to drive innovation and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery
  • Ensure the team is aligned with the company's overall technical vision and strategy
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Team Lead or Technical Lead in software development
  • Strong technical skills in software development, including programming languages, software engineering principles, and architecture
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
