Cash Management Specialist Role Overview

Société Générale Austria is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Cash Management Specialist in our Payments and Cash Management (PCM) department. This key position is responsible for delivering exceptional client service and support, while also driving the implementation of Cash Management Structures.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service-related topics and account relationship or product setup amendments.
  2. Manage client inquiries and requests, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
  3. Prepare client welcome packages and coordinate with Sales Managers on client visits.
  4. Execute and coordinate the implementation of corporate cash management services, including project management and communication with stakeholders.
  5. Support the commercial activities of the Front Office, including contract preparation and proposal development.
  6. Foster a smooth communication on Cash Management topics to internal and external parties.
Requirements
  • Commercial education or degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • Proven experience in Payments and Cash Management, preferably with international exposure.
  • Proficiency in German and fluency in English.
  • Strong understanding of Compliance, KYC, and Risk Management principles.
  • Excellent technical and operational skills, combined with a commercial attitude and cash management expertise.
