Site Management Lead (m/f/d)
At Siemens Energy, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the allocation and utilization of Site Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Chief Technical Field Advisors within the Site Management function of EC.
You will coordinate staff assignments, identify resource needs, and ensure resources are used efficiently to support our project construction sites globally. Your expertise in project management methodology and related tools will be essential in driving the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Planning, sourcing, training, allocation, and onboarding of qualified Site Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Chief Technical Field Advisors according to business and project requirements.
- Regular status updates to Erection and Commissioning Organization senior management.
- Acting as manager for part of the allocated personnel.
- Supporting allocated personnel to make an excellent site job and receiving and giving feedback about their performance.
- Proven experience on similar positions on complex, industrial projects, preferably from the energy market (Power Plant or Transmission projects).
- Experience in working at industrial construction sites.
- Availability for traveling worldwide to support and train allocated personnel.
- Experience in collaboration and working in international and multicultural environments.
- Knowledge about project management methodology and related tools.
- Open-minded, decision-making, and independence in actions.
- English and German skills on C1 level.

At Siemens Energy, we offer competitive compensation and additional benefits based on your performance, experience, and qualification. Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise, and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of €60,000 gross/year for a full-time position (38.5 h/week).
