Business Controller

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide commercial support to Business Units and the Purchasing Department.
- Analyze and discuss income statements to inform business decisions.
- Support cost centers in achieving financial goals.
- Implement annual planning, forecasts, and monthly actuals to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Conduct deviation analyses and ad hoc evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and implement improvement potentials to enhance business performance.
- Participate in internal projects as part of a cross-functional team.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed education in business administration or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a controlling environment.
- Excellent MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Careful, precise, and focused personality with a high affinity for numbers and IT.
- Practical approach and solution-oriented way of working.
- Knowledge of presentation techniques.
- Very good knowledge of German and English.

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act, we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
