Site Digital Technology Lead

We are currently looking for a seasoned professional to join our Manufacturing & Supply Division as a Site Digital Technology Lead in Krems, Austria.

About the Role:
  • Drive our Digital Manufacturing strategy and ensure the reliable, compliant supply of medicines and vaccines.
  • Lead the site's digital technology team and participate in the development of the Site Strategy and long-term Business Development Plan.
  • Manage a small team of Tech Business Analysts responsible for building, motivating, and developing a highly capable team.
  • Act as IT Single Point of Contact for the site and provide business stakeholders with necessary feedback and input for business projects and IT operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Technology/Science.
  • 5+ years of related IT and/or OT leader experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar areas.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and providing operational support of SCADA/DCS (Siemens PCS7), historian (OSI-PI), and/or MES system (PAS-X from Werum).
  • Understanding of ISA-88/ISA-95 Structure and Principles.
