Global Inventory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Inventory Manager to join our team at PALFINGER AG. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will play a critical role in driving inventory optimization and ensuring the efficient management of our global inventory.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Optimization: Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies to reduce inventory levels, improve inventory turnover, and enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain inventory management processes, standards, and targets.
- Supply Chain Improvement: Identify opportunities for supply chain improvement and implement process changes to drive efficiency and cost savings.
- Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain inventory reporting systems to provide insights and recommendations for inventory management.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to establish company-wide inventory management standards and competencies.
- Education: University degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Experience: Multi-year work experience in Supply Chain Management, with a focus on inventory management.
- Skills: High level of interpersonal and intercultural skills, project management skills, and a very accurate and structured way of working and presenting.
- Competitive Compensation: Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 57,578.92 based on full-time employment.
