Your Responsibilities
Support target definition process and ensure follow up and transparency Support related colleagues in inventory management in SCM, Operations, Procurement and PLM&E to achieve inventory optimization targets Derive inventory management measures, establish follow-up processes and monitoring Enhance inventory reduction program -, develop short- and long-term measures on inventory management and establish continuous improvement program Contribute to trade-offs in inventory-costs-service-level-sustainability targets while considering company goals Establish state-of-the-art inventory management processes, standards and targets Communicating with location- and regional managers to maintain required inventory levels between the various locations (Plants, suppliers, Dealers) Set-up inventory trainings to establish company-wide standards and competencies Actively support supply chain improvement projects and system rollouts Establish inventory reporting system and improvement processes
Your Qualifications
University degree in supply chain management or a similar oriented degree Multi-year work experience in SCM in a global organization Experience in Supply Chain Management & especially in inventory management High level of interpersonal and intercultural skills combined Project management skills Very accurate and structured way of working and presenting Business English
