Global Learning Center Administrator Specialist

• Manage and support Cornerstone and Absorb Learning Management Systems by creating curriculums, maintaining certifications, and deploying reports.
• Serve as the Vienna Training Center point-of-contact to ensure a professional learning environment.
• Manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Validate, analyze, and respond to administrative support requests.
• Assist with paperwork required for trainees to attain VISAs.

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organization, project management, and documentation skills.
• Proven experience in a system administrator role in Cornerstone or other learning management system.
