We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Performance Marketing Intern to join our international team in Vienna. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating new Google Ads campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing campaigns for better results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create new, state-of-the-art Google Ads campaigns for new products and destinations.
- Analyze relevant new keywords for our Google Ads campaigns and make adjustments based on performance and search trends.
- Conduct analysis of campaign performance across various holiday activity categories and destinations.
- Optimize campaigns towards CTR, conversions, and cost metrics.
- Gather knowledge of location-specific campaigns and implement findings.
- Closely align with the Business Development team to customize and adapt campaigns and their content.
Requirements:
- Graduate in a social science or business-related field (Management, Tourism, Communication, Business Administration, Economics, etc.) or a talent from a different sector.
- Fluent (C1) in English and at least one of our core languages (German, French, or Italian).
- Diligent, self-organized, and detail-oriented with a structured way of working.
- Flexible, able to quickly adapt to changes, eager to learn from colleagues, and open to give and receive feedback.
- A true team player, who enjoys new challenges, making things happen, and working towards common goals.
- Previous experience in performance marketing, the tourism/hospitality industry, or a startup is a plus.
