Internship in Partner Success Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Business Development team as a Partner Success Management Intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in onboarding and managing our partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any queries or issues.
- Gather and structure key information about new partners to enable our SEO & Content Team to add them to the CheckYeti platform.
- Advise partners on the requirements and best practices for thriving on CheckYeti, helping them optimize their profiles and offers.
- Manage the collection and verification of KYC documents from partners to facilitate successful and secure payments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure their long-term success and satisfaction with CheckYeti's services.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and one of our core languages (French, German, or Italian).
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate information collection and documentation.
- Proactive and driven to learn and develop skills continuously.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple partners and tasks efficiently.
- Team-oriented and hands-on mentality, with a passion for working towards common goals.
- Innovative and interested in using new tools and technologies.
