Your Responsibilities:

As a Pre-Sales Engineer Austria, you will be responsible for conducting onsite product demonstrations, answering technical questions, contributing to proposals, analyzing clients' needs, and developing technical solutions in a pre-sales ISP environment.

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of TP-Link Business Networking products, features, functions, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with clients and partners to understand their requirements and successfully deploy full TP-Link product solutions.
  • Create design and deployment guides for both external and internal audiences.
  • Maintain strong interpersonal, presentation, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Provide support in ISP testing.
Your Profile:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of several years in a similar role, with past product and project experience with ISP projects preferably in the telecom industry.
  • The ability to communicate complex technical topics to customers and co-workers of varying technical skill levels.
  • Knowledge of gateway and expansion products, including DSL, VDSL, GPON, Fiber Connection, 4G, Mesh, and Repeaters.
  • Experience with networking and telecommunications products and solutions.
  • Skilled in end-to-end network troubleshooting.
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent technical presentation and communication skills.
