Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Engineer to join our Pre Sales Support team. As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our sales team and customers, ensuring that our products meet their needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to sales team and customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, datasheets, and application notes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product features and applications
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and sales team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the test and measurement industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
