Electrical Engineer for 3D EMC Wiring Harness Simulation

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate various coupling paths between cables and develop a comprehensive understanding of the low voltage system.
  • Set up a detailed model of the low voltage system, incorporating all relevant components and parameters.
  • Run simulations with different system component parameters to analyze and optimize the system's behavior.
  • Document and interpret the results of the simulation runs, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Compare simulation results with available measurements of the existing system to validate the model's accuracy.
  • Develop a workflow and processes to document and implement the findings.

Requirements:

  • Ongoing studies in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of simulation and circuit simulation tools, including MATLAB, Simulink, CST Studio, and LTspice.
  • Strong understanding of electro-technics and electronic circuits.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Goal-oriented working style and strong team spirit.
  • Good language skills in English, with German being beneficial.
