Job Title: M&A Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled M&A Advisor to join our team at EGGER Mehr aus Holz. As a key member of our Corporate Development department, you will play a crucial role in identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, conducting thorough market research, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of strategic business plans, conducting financial and strategic analyses, and identifying synergies to inform decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful project execution, including advisors, consultants, and investment banks.
  • Assist in the due diligence process, ensuring comprehensive analysis and evaluation of potential opportunities and risks.
  • Provide valuable insights on market trends and competitor activities to inform and refine the overall corporate strategy.
  • Support the regular EGGER strategy process, helping to shape the long-term direction of the company.
Requirements:
  • Successfully completed a degree in business administration or a comparable field.
  • International professional experience in a finance or consulting role.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
  • Analytical thinking and a self-driven, solution-oriented work approach.
  • Knowledge in project management with a high customer and service orientation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, along with sound judgment, resilience, and integrity.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, commitment, sense of responsibility, and passion for M&A.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel.
