Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:
- Source, assess, and select top talent for client groups across multiple countries in Europe.
- Provide strategic partnership to business stakeholders, considering internal and external factors.
- Ensure timely and effective recruitment delivery for open positions.
- Implement sourcing strategies to attract the right talent for R&D roles, focusing on direct sourcing and cost reduction.
- Deliver exceptional hiring manager and candidate experiences throughout the hiring process.
- Comply with labor and employment laws, as well as Novartis policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, preferably in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Relevant experience in R&D-specific fields (Biomedical or Development).
- Agency or in-house recruitment experience.
- Understanding of organization culture and ability to build relationships externally and internally.
- Ability to handle local and global customers in a remote working environment.
- Experience recruiting in various countries.
- High energy, driven, eloquent, and friendly personality with a customer-service attitude.
