HR Business Partner

The primary objective of this position is to provide support to the Employee Life Cycle operations in accordance with business needs and legal regulations.
This role will be responsible for handling local requests, following policies and procedures, and facilitating continuous improvement of HR and workplace management services locally.
The position will also supervise employee relationships within departments, serving as the first point of contact for line managers on HR-related matters, and addressing employee requests in a timely manner.
Additionally, this role will support the responsible person in defining HR management priorities for departments within their scope, deploying all HR processes throughout the year.
The successful candidate will contribute to enhancing employee engagement and improving performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Administration- Ensure that company and employee-related records are accurate, accessible, secure, and in compliance with Austrian Labour Code, including job history, employee contracts, and leave records.
- Liaise with the company lawyer on complex issues and the external payroll provider on payroll processing and data inputs and accuracy.
- Respond to enquiries from employees, managers, and external agencies on HR information without compromising standards of privacy and confidentiality.
- Recommend changes to ensure policies and procedures are competitive and in line with company needs.
- Prepare all HR reports and manage all data in SAP – HRE.
- Keep track of and update all job descriptions.
- Ensure proper attention to employees during the whole employee lifecycle phases, including Attraction, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Development & Retention, and Separation.
- Align with HR policy guidance and build a strong business relationship with line management.
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop administrative support staff to ensure that administrative activities are completed on time, according to established standards, and within established budgets.
- Manage the Workforce planning process in the internal system in line with HC structure needs in pre-set up planning cycles by the Group, followed by budget creation and maintenance as WFP EVO and second-level BGD management in Excel.
- Ensure that company's and expatriate-related records are accurate, shared in time, and in compliance with Group Expat Policy.
- Regularly maintain and continuously update and ensure the correctness of employee data changes in HR systems.
