HR Business Partner

The HRBP Austria will play a key role in supporting the Employee Life Cycle operations, ensuring compliance with business needs and legal regulations. This position will handle local requests, follow policies and procedures, and facilitate continuous improvement of HR and workplace management services locally.
Main Responsibilities- HR Administration: Ensure accurate, accessible, and secure company and employee-related records, including job history, employee contracts, and leave records. Liaise with the company lawyer on complex issues and external payroll provider on payroll processing and data inputs.
- Employee Life Cycle: Ensure proper attention to employees during the whole employee lifecycle phases, including Attraction, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Development & Retention, and Separation.
- People Management: Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop administrative support staff to ensure administrative activities are completed on time, according to established standards and within established budgets.
- Workforce Planning and HR Budgeting: Manage Workforce planning process in the internal system, create and maintain budgets, and ensure alignment with HC structure needs.
- Expatriate Management: Ensure accurate and shared expatriate-related records, in compliance with Group Expat Policy.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Native German speaker with fluent English language skills.
- SAP knowledge and awareness of Austrian Labour legislation.
- Negotiation skills, good organizational skills, reliability, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently, take initiatives, and follow-up assigned projects.
