HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner will play a key role in supporting the Employee Lifecycle operations, ensuring compliance with business needs and legal regulations. This position will handle local requests, follow policies and procedures, and facilitate continuous improvement of HR and workplace management services locally.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise employee relationships within departments, being the first interface with line managers for any HR-related matter, addressing employee requests in a timely manner.
- Support the responsible in defining the HR management priorities for the departments of his/her responsibility, deploying all the HR processes during the year.
- Contribute to enhance employee engagement and to improve their performance.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR administration.
- German language - native speaker.
- English - fluent oral and written knowledge.
- SAP knowledge.
- Awareness and knowledge of Austrian Labour legislation.
- Negotiation skills and good organizational skills.
- Reliability, accuracy, and confidentiality as personality qualities.
- Ability to work independently, take initiatives, and follow up on assigned projects.
- Ability to communicate plans across a cross-functional and/or highly matrixed organization.
