Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to design and implement cloud infrastructure using Terraform to support microservices. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability and high availability of applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and Implementing Cloud Infrastructure: Develop and maintain Terraform configurations to automate cloud provisioning, ensuring security and compliance best practices are followed in cloud deployments.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud infrastructure with applications, promoting scalability and high availability.
  • Automation and DevOps: Develop and implement automated processes using Terraform and other tools to streamline cloud provisioning and deployment.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure that cloud deployments adhere to industry-standard security and compliance protocols, maintaining the highest level of data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in the development and testing of new cloud-based features, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Terraform Experience: Proficiency in designing and implementing cloud infrastructure using Terraform, including configuration management and automation.
  • Cloud Computing Knowledge: In-depth understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.
  • Programming Skills: Excellent programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#, with experience in scripting and automation.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
