Join Erste Group Bank AG as a Group Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Reporting Specialist to join our team in Wien. As a key member of our Consolidation team, you will be responsible for preparing IFRS Consolidated Financial Statements, FINREP, and CSRD reporting with a focus on the accuracy of IT consolidation tools from an accounting perspective.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the availability of reporting tools for monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting
  • Analyze and answer reporting-related questions from all stakeholders in the group
  • Act as a contact person to subsidiaries for accounting and financial reporting topics
  • Prepare consolidation postings and validate reporting tables
  • Perform project work in further developing reporting tools
  • Understand and analyze the IFRS results of our subsidiaries

Your Background

  • Knowledge of IFRS accounting and consolidation topics is welcome
  • University degree in business administration, data, IT, or similar
  • Working experience in this business area (preferably in banking) is welcome
  • You like to optimize and automate process calculations
  • You feel confident in an English-speaking environment, German or a CE mother tongue is highly appreciated
  • Good level of experience with MS Office applications, knowledge of further IT tools such as MySQL or Oracle is welcome

Our Offer

  • We offer a full-time or part-time (min. 25h/week) position in an interesting and dynamic field
