Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting Specialist to join our team at Erste Group Bank AG. As a Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the preparation of financial reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of financial reporting tools and processes
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subsidiaries and other stakeholders
  • Perform project work to improve reporting tools and processes

Requirements

  • Knowledge of IFRS accounting and consolidation topics
  • University degree in business administration, data, or IT
  • Working experience in accounting or financial reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
