We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join our team at macio GmbH. Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and supervise monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and UGB standards.
- ERP Implementation: Contribute to the implementation of an ERP system for accounting in Austria.
- Team Leadership: Lead the accounting team and ensure the professional development of employees.
- External Relations: Serve as a contact person for external institutions, such as auditors and fiscal authorities.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with departments across the organization to maintain strategic alignment.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a comparable accounting position.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards (UGB), supported by practical work experience.
- ERP Experience: Experience with an ERP system in accounting.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial processes and ability to work beyond traditional accounting functions to drive strategic financial initiatives.
- Collaboration: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in cross-functional teams and take on responsibilities.
- Language Skills: Excellent German and English skills.
