The role of Senior Software Engineer specializing in User Interface (UI) development involves creating innovative applications for the assessment and demonstration of NFC technologies.
- Application Development: You will be responsible for designing and implementing applications that showcase NFC products.
- Collaboration: Engage closely with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and ensure efficient feedback loops.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and user manuals.
- Testing: Define and execute software testing protocols in partnership with the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) team.
- Software Maturity: Ensure the software meets the required standards for public releases.
- Support: Act as a second-level support specialist for NFC evaluation software.
- Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in UI development.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in UI tool development with strong programming skills in C, C++, Python, Java, and TypeScript.
- GUI Programming: Proven experience in graphical user interface programming using tools such as Qt, Android Studio, and Visual Studio Code.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile software development practices and tools like Git, Jira, and Jenkins.
- Web Technologies: Some knowledge of modern web application development technologies, including WebAssembly, WebUSB, and Progressive Web Apps (PWA).
- Additional Skills: Experience in electrical engineering, NFC/RFID, and semiconductor technologies is advantageous.
- Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge Sharing: Willingness to share expertise with team members and clients.
This position adheres to the Collective Agreement of the Electrical and Electronics Industry, employment group G. The compensation package includes a monthly salary paid 14 times a year, with potential for higher remuneration based on experience and qualifications.
