Job Title: Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist to join our team at DO & CO - Aktiengesellschaft. As an Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for liaising with diverse stakeholders and clients across the DO&CO Group for the accurate preparation and submission of specific invoices, correctly billing our clients for the goods and services we provided over our 3 different business lines.

You will be a great support of the accounting department in the HQ with bank communication, administration, and maintenance of master data. We have a passion for hospitality culinary delights on every banquet floor and in the sky. With the three business segments of Airline Catering, International Event Catering, and Restaurants, Lounges & Hotels, DO & CO offers gourmet entertainment all over the world.

We operate in 31 locations, 11 countries, and 3 Continents, maintaining the highest standard of quality in both our products and services. We refine the classics, develop the unknown, and grow constantly – sometimes beyond our own expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Posting of bank documents, master data maintenance, as well as dunning
  • Ongoing billing of outgoing invoices to customers in the airline and event catering sector
  • Generate accounts statements while performing account reconciliations
  • Support the broader team with investigations and resolving any irregularities or queries in regards of payments, invoices, billing mistakes
  • Exchange of data and constant coordination with operational managers across the business
  • Maintenance of the open item lists of our customers

Requirements:

  • Similar experience working with Accounts Receivable or Billing departments desirable
  • Structured, independent approach to work as well as solution-oriented, analytical thinking, and strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with various stakeholders
  • German language skills is a must, good level of English is beneficial
