Technical IT Professional for a Multinational Environment

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical IT Professional to join our team at Chiesi Group. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT and a proven track record of delivering technical support and projects.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the operation of our server infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environment, endpoints, mobile devices, network systems, and security components.
  • Provide first and second-level technical support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
  • Manage software deployment via RMM, SCCM/Intune, GPOs, and automated Batch/PowerShell scripts.
  • Develop and implement concepts for backup, system updates, servers and endpoints patching, capacity planning, and security.
  • Administer the Microsoft 365 environment and attached systems, such as Exclaimer mail signature, Mimecast antispam, and Metallic cloud backup.
  • Ensure clear communication to end-users and timely resolution of issues.
  • Ensure the operation of meeting rooms, videoconference systems, phone, and fax systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT needs and propose innovative solutions.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of support tickets, resolutions, and project activities.
  • Maintain IT assets, warranties, user-to-device assignments, asset tags, hardware, and software inventories.
  • Plan, manage, and deploy IT infrastructure projects, creating project schedules, presentations, managing resources, deadlines, communication plans, project budgets, and completing projects on time.
  • Support the IT infrastructure budget, providing figures during yearly budget reviewing phases.
  • Assist and support 3rd-party consultants for CEE affiliates, updating them regularly on corporate roll-outs, security initiatives, and providing technical guidance on problem-solving.
  • Understand corporate applications, their purpose, and support structure, addressing requests/incidents to the proper application team.

Qualifications
  • Completed apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in IT or related field (Information Technology, Telco, or IT Engineering), additional qualifications or IT official certifications desirable.
  • Min. 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Profound knowledge in VMware, Veeam Backup, Firewall, Switching, VLANs, Troubleshooting, Storage, Microsoft Windows networks, Active Directory, GPOs, Microsoft 365, Endpoint management tools, etc.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
